Sir William James Bull, 1st Baronet, PC (1863 - 1931) solicitor and Conservative politician, M.P.for Hammersmith. He was chairman of the London County Councils Bridge Committee in 1897. Nathan Robinson was a member of the LCC representing St. Pancras East. He died in 1902.
