David Bindman included an example of this in his British Museum Exhibition of 1989 - "The Shadow of the Guillotine - Britain and the French Revolution."
He also depicts a Staffordshire mug with the same design and states that the print from the Banks Collection was published by Edward Orme on 18th January 1794.
