This prize was awarded for, "Machinery to plough land, having a moderately-even surface. The heavy engine is not required to move up and down the field with the ploughs, but is stationary whilst they are working from the hedge on each side up to the engine, when it is advanced the width of the part ploughed each trip. These ploughs are made to travel at five miles per hour".
Exhibitor 195 was listed as living at 142, Piccadilly, an inventor.
Exhibitor 195 was Lord Willoughby de Eresby, who apart from the above address could also have put Grimsthorpe Castle in Lincolnshire, where Nancy Astor died in 1964 and Drummond Castle in Perthshire.
He was Lord Great Chamberlain at the time of the Exhibition.
