Metropolitan Railway Season Ticket
The London Transport Museum Collection has Selbie's pass No. 8, which they date to 1919.
On the wall by the main entrance to Baker Street Station is a bronze plaque which reads 'THIS STONE WAS LAID BY THE HON. LORD ABERCONWAY DC / CHAIRMAN OF THE METROPOLITAN RAILWAY COMPANY 24 JULY 1912 / R H SELBIE GENERAL MANAGER W WILLOX M.I.C.E. ENGINEER'.
First station erected 1863 by the Metropolitan Railway to the design of (Sir) John Fowler, Engineer in Chief, of which the pair of platforms and vault survive.Station extensively remodelled 1911-13 by Charles W Clark, Chief Architectural Assistant to the Engineer of the MR, W Willox.
